Membership

ProNetworking.ai membership is a monthly subscription. The standard rate is £99 per month. Founding members pay £79 per month, locked in for as long as they hold their seat.

You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days written notice by emailing hello@pronetworking.ai. Your membership will remain active until the end of the notice period.

Category exclusivity

Each territory group has 25 business category seats. Only one business per category is permitted at any time. Your category seat is yours for as long as your membership is active.

When you cancel your membership, your category seat is released and becomes available to other applicants. There is no guarantee of re-entry if you rejoin later.

Conduct

Members are expected to behave professionally at all times. ProNetworking.ai is built on trust and mutual respect. Hard selling to other members during sessions is not permitted.

We reserve the right to terminate the membership of anyone whose behaviour undermines the group or its members. In such cases, a full refund of any unused portion of the current month will be provided.

Guest policy

Members can bring guests to any session where the guest's business category seat is unfilled. Guest places are free for standard members.

Sponsors receive 1 free guest place per month. Additional guests are £15 each, up to 2 more per session (3 total including the free place).

Guests attend at the invitation of the member and are expected to follow the same conduct standards.

Intellectual property

The ProNetworking.ai name, brand, logo, content, session materials, and the GTP (Go To Person) framework are the intellectual property of ProNetworking.ai. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials outside of their membership without written permission.

Limitation of liability

ProNetworking.ai provides a networking and education platform. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, referrals, or revenue as a result of membership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with your membership is limited to the fees you have paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
